Cur8.art provides environmental monitoring services for cultural institutions, including:

• Environmental sensor hardware (temperature, humidity, UV, vibration)
• Cloud-based monitoring dashboard and analytics
• Real-time alerts and threshold notifications
• Historical data reporting and compliance documentation

As a user of Cur8.art, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information during registration and setup
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Ensure proper installation and maintenance of sensor hardware
• Use the service in compliance with applicable laws

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cur8.art and PODTECH shall not be liable for:

• Any damage to collections that occurs despite monitoring alerts
• Service interruptions due to network or power failures
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim.

You retain ownership of all environmental data collected from your site. We may use anonymised, aggregated data to improve our services and for research purposes. Your specific data will never be shared without your consent.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service with reasonable notice. We will endeavour to provide at least 30 days notice for significant changes that affect your use of the platform.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
